Daniel R. Craig has a diversified background that includes extensive business development, commercial and financial experience. Prior to joining Stakeholder Midstream, Mr. Craig served as Vice President of Commercial Development and, more recently, as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Since Crestwood’s inception in 2008, Mr. Craig successfully negotiated, completed and integrated eight acquisitions with an aggregate value of $2.5 billion across multiple shale plays in North America including the Marcellus, Permian, Bakken, Barnett and Fayetteville. Through these investments, Mr. Craig has established expertise in natural gas gathering, processing, compression and treating as well as crude/condensate gathering. In addition to his responsibilities of sourcing and executing acquisitions, Mr. Craig also managed producer customer relationships in the Barnett and Fayetteville shale plays, whose combined contracts accounted for approximately 60% of cash flows and 550 million cubic feet of natural gas per day.
Prior to his time at Crestwood, Mr. Craig worked as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan where he focused on M&A and financings for the transportation industry.
Mr. Craig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma.
