Our Team

Carl Fenderson has more than 20 years of experience in the midstream and downstream areas of the energy industry. Since 2009, Carl has led teams responsible for the design and construction and the operation of oil and gas gathering assets including pipelines, compressor stations, treating facilities, processing plants and terminals, supporting both rapid growth phases as well as mature operations. He spent the first several years of his career in engineering roles in the polyolefins business, where he was involved in optimization of existing plant operation, process technology development and greenfield plant design.

Mr. Fenderson joined Stakeholder Midstream in December 2019. Before coming on board with Stakeholder, Carl held a director-level leadership position for The Williams Companies, Inc. In that role, he was responsible for capital project execution and technical support for the operation of gas gathering and treating assets across Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Mr. Fenderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
